A Little About Us

V.I.P. Builders is a local and fast-growing construction company established in 2015. As a company, we strive to provide high quality and innovative work, while delivering top of the line customer service to our many clients around the F-M area. We take pride in our employees and their vast skill set and we’re committed to providing fantastic results to each and every client. V.I.P. Builders began by specializing in new construction framing and we have continued to develop over the years. Today, our projects include, new construction, trim work, deck work, remodeling and more. We work year-round to insure we meet every deadline and continue to satisfy our clients.

Meet the Crew

Hadi Alhamadah

Hadi Alhamadah is the president and one of the two owners and founders of V.I.P. Builders. He grew up and went to school right here in the FM area, and in 2013 he commenced his career in construction working for a local business. Two years later, he began his own company, V.I.P. Builders, and has since grown it into the reputable business that it is today. On a day to day basis, Hadi works along-side his crew leading them through their many projects. He also meets with other businesses and potential clients both on the phone and in person. He works hard every day to ensure that the company meets its goals and keeps its clients happy.

Jacob Pierson

Jacob Pierson is the vice president and the other of the two owners and founders of V.I.P Builders. He also grew up and went to school in the FM area. His career in construction began in 2014, and only one year later, he co-founded V.I.P. Builders. Alongside his partner, he has helped to grow the company and keep it running on track. As the foremen to one of the crews, his daily duties include leading a team through a variety of projects. He enthusiastically works alongside his men, making sure that the projects are completed in a safe, timely and flawless manner.

Jake Panek

Jake Panek is our remodeling specialist. He first brought his talents to V.I.P. Builders in 2018 and has since taken lead in all of our remodeling project. He works on trim, cabinet work, windows, shelving, doors and more.
